Q: I am having problems uploading my MP4 files to video lightbox. When I do, I get the following message when I try to import the MP4 file.
"Video codec is not supported. Supported codes are flv, h264, vp6f, Vp6a"
I have version - Version 2.1 of Video LightBox
I believe in the past I was able to upload MP4 files but am confused as to why I can't seem to do this now. Please advise.

Can I use HTML5Video with on the same page? But the payment pages say that this youtube video player is a lightbox play video subscription based product that needs to be renewed. However, IE8 is having issues. Is this license for life long or for specific period?
Hello, support. Your program is ideal for my purposes, but I would like some clarification. Having text blue and red - I believe the video lightbox red should by shown as a rollover. Is there a way I can change the layout of the overlay video thumbnails?
We recently purchased your product under the web embed video mistaken assumption that you support .mp4. Your program claims it does but when we attempt to add the video from http://www.domain.com/video/custom.mp4 we get a "Video url is unsupported or invalid." We cannot use the program as advertised . Me and my video lightbox jquery partner are thinking to buy it but there is one thing that bothers us before. Any advice on resolutions to work on various devices when using Video Lightbox would be appreciated.

I bought your video lightbox example products VideoLightBox and EasyHTML5Video and love them... very nice job! If there is any update or new version for this can I get it free or I have to pay for this? After looking at your free software further realized that it doesn't perform the youtube video way it needs to perform. If you could please explain this process it would be greatly appreciated
