Q: I have bought VideoLightBox recently, but have problems with registration. I can't get the registration key to work. It keeps telling me it is invalid.
What can I do?
A: It seems that your antivirus/firewall/proxy doesn't allow Internet connection for VideoLightBox. So you get "Invalid key" error message.

Hi Support, My video does not autostart. The page is very simple as it would not publish so I do not want to waste time changing the html video html without it publishing. I need to open the video popup player (for example with text) immediately.
First - your youtube video player VideoLightBox is great! Some text is blue and other text is red in preview. I'm interested perhaps in paid version, but first I have a jquery popup youtube question. Please advise.
I already have VLB installed on a page. On my site only the box is opening by clicking on the thumbnail. It's a popup video player cool effect, but it makes the html5 images look washed out sometimes, and I hope there's a way to change it. Thanks!
I just discovered your software, and I just love it. Instead of linking the Video Lightbox from a gallery, single image or text link, I want to link several videos to hotspots I have made on an jquery video player image so that when the user clicks on that region of the image the video opens in its Lightbox over the parent page and plays. The "data" and "engine" has the same name and so even. I want to create a button below the lightbox video html5 video with the content information - it must open a window when I position (rollover) the mouse over the button.
Once I Purchase your product for personal use, will your names and all be removed from the videos? Video LB was on the html video template page first. But i want it on my notebook, where i develop the html5 web pages. Thanks!
The html video template video quality using and a YouTube Video looks fine from a PC, but lousy using a phone. Is it possible to add video directly on the page? Is there a lightbox play video way to get the captions to appear if everything is on a local server?
