2) Make sure that you added VideoLightBox head section in the code of your page.
3) Make sure that you uploaded all .js files generated with VideoLightBox on your server.
If problem will persist, please send us a direct link to your webpage, so we can check it. Write us also what browser (and version of browser) you use.
I am sending you this note because i have recently purchased a software bundle with your html5 video lightbox company and I am not happy with the results of the software.. It shows up in the program files, but even trying to run as Administrator, it just doesn’t run. The pictures showed beautifully in the web browser preview (Firefox) but when I published it on the Internet the videos did not show. I see that your product is free for non-profit - I am a html popup video for profit - but would like to try it first and then will gladly purchase - will that be ok?
Dear Support, Is there a way not to display the thumbnail and it just create a lightbox youtube jquery link? I get following error "VideoLightBox can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer". How can I get the video html5 videos to do the same?
Can you make embed video auto run when the page loads? When I do, I get the jquery youtube popup following message when I try to import the MP4 file. How do I do this? If not, is the vimeo lightbox process to migrate these video clips addressed anywhere on your site.
Kindly be informed that I download the free version of flv video embed and add a lightbox video from file and then publish then I took the files add to my localhost website then I get the problem - there is a big box over the lightbox video html video appears.. How do i add Galleries without getting everything mixed up? When I do, I get the following message when I try to import the MP4 file. Thank you.
When you choose to put the code directly in a jquery youtube popup web page it only will pick up .htm and .html pages. I was hoping to link the "watch" buttons and have the videos open from there but couldn't get it to work. When I look at your lightbox html5 video demos, IE does not come up with that. What is going on here?
