Q: I have a problem with VideoLightBox thumbnails. I have added the script to my page, but the thumbnails for the videos show red x's. Please help me with this problem. The videos work but you can't view the thumbnail for the videos.
A: If you see red x's instead of thumbnails, it means that you didn't upload "thumbnails" folder with images on your server.
Notice that VideoLightBox app. generates .html file and folder (with images, .js, .css files). You should upload this folder into the same folder with your page where you added a video gallery on your server.

I recently added a video gallery to my website, and am having issues with its layout.
First of all let me say your program is amazing! It's by far the easiest to use and generates the nicest looking video galleries of any I have tried!
I'm testing free version of your VideoLightBox. I have a problem.
The video progress bar/playbar disappears if the cursor is not over the video.
