Q: I have a question regarding your video lightbox software.
I would like to know if this script only publishes video sources such as youtube,veoh etc,
or does it have the functionality to publish videos from a local mp4/flv file.
So if I have an mp4 file and I would like to host it on my server and use videolightbox to play it, is that possible?
A: Yes, it is possible.
With Video LightBox you can use .flv, .f4v, . mp4, .m4v,.mov, .3gp, .3g2 and .swf local files.
You can add local video files to Video LightBox gallery in 2 ways:
1. Use 'Add video from file' or 'Add video from folder' option.
2. Or you can specify the path to video file on your local computer in the 'Video URL'
field, for example: D:\Video\non_cap_ch3_web.flv
Hi, I would like to know how to change the position of the window containing the video. But when it is put onto the ftp with structure perfectly intact, the video will not load. I get a popup video html Video url is unsupported or invalid. I recently downloaded video light box and I am trying to bring in flv and mp4 videos from my server and all I get is "the video embed code video url is unsupported or invalid" Can you shed any light to this problem?
When I create a lightbox youtube embed page using "Publish to folder" in the 4th tab, then opening the vimeo lightbox page with IE8 shows a warning: "Internet Explorer restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls." I must then click "Allow blocked content" and then the page works fine. We recently had a request that these videos be able to play at full screen. The files in them. Any guidance would be appreciated.
I am using your lightbox video gallery VideoLightBox and WOWSlider with a Windows 7 computer. But I want to clean up how I combine video and photo galleries on the same pages. Am I maybe missing a lightbox required plugin?
I have downloaded and opened the lightbox html5 video zip file but Windows Vista will not allow me to open flv lightbox. I purchased a video html5 commercial license of VideoLightBox for my office computer but I need to install it on a second PC. I am doing the same as what I always do and it usually works very well. When I pushed live, I still had two info headers and no video playing.....
On a videolightbox I see that the html video preview image is reduced about 10-15% until one mouses over the video popup jquery image. I need direction/instruction on how I actually get the videos into the website pages. But i want it on my notebook, where i develop the web pages. Can you please explain?
Hi Is it possible to buy without have to renew every year? I wonder if I need to buy the video html5 license each upgrade? Any suggestions?
