Q: When I try to add a video, it says Video codec not supported. Supported codeds are flv and a bunch of other ones that I don't understand. According to your features it should accept mp4?
How do I proceed? I have a mp4 file that I want to put on my website using videolightbox. I have not uploaded it yet.
A: Actually, .mp4 is file format, it is not codec.

I own a paid copy of VideoLightBox. It crashes the moment I try to start it regardless of what I am trying to do. Here is the procedure I followed: 1) I added videos from an jquery video lightbox folder in my website as instructed 2) I published to a folder called Gallery1 in the root directory of my local site 3) I saved the Gallery in a Documents folder on my computer 4) I published the gallery to an .html file in the root directory of of my site 5) I previewed the jquery lightbox video results in my browser. Please can you help me ?!
I want to buy your VideoLightBox. Think your system is a bit confusing, and not sure if I will fall for the javascript popup video renewal next year. I tried and it works and then sometimes it doesn't load the video having a lightbox vimeo white screen appear. Thank you!
