Q: I have a simple website with 6 videos built using your software. For some reason the audio does not play on any of them.
I am using Windows 7, Firefox v14.0.1, VideoLightBox v2.1.

A: Sound will play correctly, if it has AAC Audio compression format. Please check audio compression format of your video file or send us a direct link to your webpage with a problem, so we can check it.
