I love the videolightbox idea your product and I am interested in buying the business version but there are some really strange problems with it. There is limited help on how to add the video to my site. However when I try to link it it is not working. I installed the files but the video overlay program will not launch.

Hello, Is there a lightbox video popup setting to have Videolightbox automatically play a lightbox video html video when a page is loaded? I am trying to add video lightbox to my site, however when I try to publish videos I get an error message: "Connection to host failed: Host not found." What am I doing wrong? When I tested using Video Lightbox these captions did not appear. Would love to know a way to change that effect, thanks!
When I put it into a Folder on my C:Drive I get the video but there is a video lightbox code message: Error: Video Playback was aborted. Thank you so much! Some names of video files are too long and couldn't be displayed at the thumbnail completely. I am using Window 7 on both the html embed video PC and browser is IE 7.
