Q: I recently purchased your video lightbox product.
We need to change a video to a new amended version of the video uploaded to YouTube.
If I changed the video in the HTML here with the new video ID.
Now the YouTube video no longer opens up in the lightbox, but instead is fullscreen. Is the video id embedding in the java script ? And is what I am trying to do possible?
A: It should be enough to change video ID only. I tried with your ID and several others. It works OK.
If your video opens in full screen, the reason of problem can be:
1) Javascript is disabled in your browser.
2) You didn't upload VideoLightBox engine files on your server.
3) There are no links to VideoLightBox .js files in the code of your page.
4) Jquery conflict.

I am unable to "Add a video from URL". However when I try to link it it is not working. Instead of linking the lightbox vimeo Video Lightbox from a gallery, single image or text link, I want to link several videos to hotspots I have made on an image so that when the user clicks on that region of the image the web embed video video opens in its Lightbox over the parent page and plays. If I purchase VideoLightBox with unlimited licenses, will I, for example, be able to use the same license number for the Mac and PC version of, say, VideoLightBox on both machines?
Dear support, I have bought VideoLightBox, I installed, but when I double click VideoLightBox shortcut on desktop, Nothing happens. We are attempting to place both a video gallery html video and a photo gallery on the same page; the photo gallery works fine and comes up with the overlay video overlay, but the video now appears in a separate window. Dear Support, If I purchase a jquery gallery video license, will it expire? I right clicked the video lightbox js program and tried to run it as administrator but it still would not allow me to open the flv lightbox. I installed the files but the program will not launch.
