A: Please, make sure that you upload a folder generated with VideoLightBox with all files on your server.

I wanted to know one more thing. I see popup window, but playing won't start, even if I click "Play" button. I'd like to be able to create .png, .gif, .jpg or .tif of my lightbox video player choice that I can then use as the thumbnails for my videos. How can I move my video player lightbox app?
I am using a Mac with OSX version 10.8.2. When I try to install VideoLightBox, I receive this error: "VideoLightBox.pkg" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Other jQuery scripts running are jkmegamenu (which has also been used without issue with WOW Slider in the video embed code past), but this is the first time I used the Video Lightbox script that was also part of the package I purchased. Is there any way this js video gallery can be fixed?
Video Light Box software is very excellent. I couldn't find arrows mentioned on your video player html5 website ("What's new part", Video LightBox v1.3) and I can not get them with any template. I look forward to hearing from you.
We have purchased the html video business version of both Visual and Video Lightbox. I have uploaded to my site FTP folder, and after this is where I am confused. Everything was working fine, however at some point the videos that are on the Vimeo site are not displaying correctly in full screen mode, the first video at the top of the page for instance plays perfectly in its pop out window but when you expand the window to full screen mode, it displays a very small video centered on the lightbox2 video page.
