Q: I bought your Video LightBox. I have a problem in Safari browser. I see symbols instead of lightbox window. All other browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer) display pop up window correctly.
Am I maybe missing a required plugin?
A: It seems that both flash player and javascript are disabled in your browser...
Go to
Preferences->Security
and make sure that "Enable plug-ins" and "Enable JavaScript" options are checked.
I just purchased a single website license of Video Lightbox and is having trouble publishing a gallery. People who watching the clip should not see the text behind. After installing and rebooting, when I try to run video lightbox, I get the jquery popup youtube processing circle, then the javascript video popup circle disappears. Did I do something wrong?
I'm looking at your Video Lightbox features, but it's unclear to me whether I can create my jquery lightbox video own thumbnails. I was hoping to link the "watch" buttons and have the videos open from there but couldn't get it to work. The popup youtube videos work but you can't view the thumbnail for the videos.
Hi, what is the html5 video player discount for renewals? But that feature doesn't work. Any insight would be most appreciated
I am considering buying your software however I want to verify.. I tried and it works and then sometimes it doesn't load the video having a lightbox vimeo white screen appear. Me and my javascript video gallery partner are thinking to buy it but there is one thing that bothers us before. If I purchase you VideoLightBox Unlimited License can I use the program after 1 year?
Would there be a reason why the script inserted into our home page would make the scripts for our jquery menu system to be changed? I just wanted to pay, when I recognized, that the jquery video lightbox license will expire. How can I enter a title on the popup youtube thumbnail as displayed in the image.
I own a paid copy of VideoLightBox. Is possible with your software make this work? One question is that when the video thumbnail is linked on my html video player page, how do I enable "gray out" the jquery video overlay rest of the page. Is there a way to embed it center?
