A: This problem can appear in IE browser if the DOCTYPE you use on the page is incorrect
or there is no DOCTYPE on the page.
You should set the following DOCTYPE for the page with videogallery:

Dear support, I have created a javascript popup video website and added videos and it was working as expected on my personal system. Regardless I changed the publishing method, location, to a different html pages, it wouldn't allow me to Publish anymore. Is there an html embed video easy way to generate a different image?

Hello, Forgive me the mistakes in my English! Here is the procedure I followed: 1) I added videos from an folder in my website as instructed 2) I published to a folder called Gallery1 in the root directory of my local site 3) I saved the Gallery in a Documents folder on my computer 4) I published the gallery to an .html file in the video thumbnail html root directory of of my site 5) I previewed the results in my popup video youtube browser. I am using Videolightbox 2.1 to stream video in a shadowbox and cannot get my html video to stream. I see popup window, but playing won't start, even if I click "Play" button. The reason why I ask is I don't like the images that are being auto-generated and I would like to control at what point (time) in the video where the thumbnail is captured. How can I get the html video code videos to do the same?
