A: One license key of VideoLightBox can be activated on maximum 2 computers. You should download the application on your second computer from the same link from your license message. Use the same reg. key.
I am sending you this note because i have recently purchased a software bundle with your company and I am not happy with the results of the software.. I built a lightbox video gallery in your application. I cannot get this to work properly from following the directions on your web page. I would simply like to launch the overlay automatically without the need for the video player lightbox user to click a thumbnail or a text hyperlink.

Dear Support, I would like to use both (Visual LightBox and Video LightBox)on the same page. Is the js video gallery single or multiple licence fee a one off or annual? Right now, it is selecting a popup youtube video frame that is further along in the video and that doesn't look very nice. If so, how would I do this?

My problem is that I have a vimeo FLASH header on my site and when the video lightbox lightboxes open, they open partially under the top FLASH area. All of the movies (ecapt one) are coming from YouTube. Please help!
