Q: I use free version of VideoLightBox. When I try to add my local video (.mp4), I get the following error message "Video codec is not supported. Supported codecs are "flv, h264, vp6f, vp6a"".
The video plays if I click it in the folder. The file IS a mp4 file, so why does VideoLightBox reject it??
What is going on here?

I can't seem to get Visual Lightbox to work on my PC. I keep getting an error message "Video LightBox has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
