Q: I can't seem to get Visual Lightbox to work on my PC. I keep getting an error message "Video LightBox has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
I have Windows Vista on my PC.
A: Try to do the following:
Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.
Turn off DEP or add VideoLightBox in the exception list.
My problem is that I have a FLASH header on my site and when the lightboxes open, they open partially under the top FLASH area. My youtube video doesn't open up in the lightbox, but instead is fullscreen. I have the lightbox mp4 problem that we have different sizes of movies on our video lightbox example website that need to fit the voverlay. Any suggestions?
I have used your video embed products (video and visual lightbox) for the past few years and LOVE them. Unfortuanlly, I don't have the option to show the movies on "full screen" mode. with the MegaBundle 2014. I know the lightbox video html Enterprise edition provides 10 installations, but how many installs are allowed on the applications from the MegaBundle. Thanks.
How can I add video on my page? The thumbnails should not be the insert video html same on both pages every thumbnail should be different. The jquery embed youtube videos work but you can't view the thumbnail for the videos.
I was wondering if there is a html video code way to force the video up on a page when the user lands on it - rather than having to click something to bring up the lightbox window. When the videos are sent to my site via Video Lightbox the thumbnails for some strange reason are the same on both pages although the popup youtube actual videos are different. But the payment pages say that this is a subscription based product that needs to be renewed. Please help!

Hi Is it possible to make the css video gallery rest of the web page fade back, or have a semi-transparent white overlay, when the video popup runs to make the page less distracting and the video stand out more? You know, the wordy document full of legalese? In order to change the layout, I tried doing a simple "align" code, and I tried putting the thumbnails in a table. Is there a way I can change the layout of the embed youtube video thumbnails?
