When I try an FTP upload of my VideoLightBox files it gives this error message: "Login Failed. Policy requires SSL."
A: Unfortunately, VideoLightBox doesn't support SSL.
In this case you can upload VideoLightBox slideshow using ftp manager you usually use.
You should publish video gallery on a local drive in any test folder:
- go to tab "4. Publish" or click 'Publish' button on the main menu panel;
- select 'Publish to folder', click 'Browse' button and select any local folder
- click 'Publish' button
Open saved folder you'll find index.html file with video gallery and folder with files.
You should upload all these files on your server.

Dear support, I love youк VideoLightBox! If I add the &hd=1 flag to the code, it still doesn't show in HD. It crashes the html5 moment I try to start it regardless of what I am trying to do. I think to buy the popup video javascript full version, but have not yet figured out how to work with WordPress.

I bought your Video LightBox. I read on the trouble shooting page that it isn't possible to insert a gallery more than once to the html popup video same page.. I have a jquery popup video question. I have some movies that are 640x480 px and some that are 1280x720px.
The jquery youtube lightbox video progress bar/playbar disappears if the cursor is not over the lightbox video example video. However, I can't seem to figure out what to do on the last tab "Publish". I can see the videos, but I can't close them when I click outside the video.
