Q: I am using the free version 2.1. I do not have the arrow overlays the thumbnail. I couldn't find arrows mentioned on your website ("What's new part", Video LightBox v1.3) and I can not get them with any template. I have already downloaded and reinstalled my VideoLightBox app. twice. Any suggestions?
A: Please check that you selected Play button from the list on the 'Customize thumbnails' tab.
