Q: I'm testing your VideoLightBox app. It isn't working with Vimeo Pro. How can I fix it?
A: It is an issue if you have Vimeo Pro, and not just Vimeo. With vimeo Pro, one has to enable community access in order for videos to be available for VideoLightBox or public.
VideoLightBox supports public, un-protected videos only.
I'm going to purchase full version of VideoLightBox. Video LB was on the video embed page first. I see popup window, but playing won't start, even if I click "Play" button. Thanks!
Hi, I downloaded the free Videolightbox download but when I tried to open it there was a window that said due to security preferences I can only open apps from the Mac store and identified web sites. I am using it for a fan site, and wanted to add an flv file offered on a news site. In Firefox and Safari the video overlay does not overlay above a Flash object. I have a lightbox jquery video question, is it possible to reposition the ajax video player pop-up window when the video is clicked from a gallery?
I can play my video on the computer but when I view the page on the iPad or iPhone the popup displays but the javascript video popup video does not play and no controls. If I remove the videolightbox script altogether, WOW Slider works normally. Thanks for your html video lightbox help.

Dear support, I can't find the js video gallery license agreement anywhere on your . Could you please send me or give me the URL of the license agreement? But I'm not sure what license I should buy. So, for most of my embed youtube video projects, I end up making several folders of varying numbers of videos, Then, I can't merge them to make one complete project. Tried with Mac (with titles) and Vista (with titles).
