Q: I'm testing free version of VideoLightBox.
Can you tell me what is the best format (not loosing video quality) for video which VideoLightBox supports?
A: VideoLightBox app. uses original video files and doesn't affect on them (except resolution and "MP4 quick start" for local .mp4 files). So, there is no difference what format you'll use.

I bought your Video LightBox. I have a problem in Safari browser. I see symbols instead of lightbox window. All other browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer) display pop up window correctly.
