Q: I have a problem that's not directly related to Video Lightbox, but I was hoping you might be able to shed some light.
Recently Youtube has been blocked from my country (I hope and suspect it will be temporary though). Now, I can still access YouTube with the TOR browser or Firefox using free proxies like 'hidemyass' addon, but I can't do that with Video Lightbox program or the videos embedded in my my page using VideoLightBox. Is there anyway I can do that too?
A: Unfortunately, VideoLightBox couldn't "break" a blocking. It uses public unprotected
videos only.
You can use another hosting that is supported by VideoLightBox (Facebook, Google Video,
Metacafe, Vimeo, MySpace, yahoo! music, Veoh) or use local video files.
