A: Try to do the following:
Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.
Turn off DEP or add the app. in the exception list.
If the problem persists, then try to add the app. in the whitelist of your antivirus.
I am trying to make a html5 video gallery purchase for a license for jquery video gallery on your website. How do I add video to the video html application. I thought since it is streaming via Vimeo it would work using Vimeo's converters.
We have purchased the video business version of both Visual and Video Lightbox. I then added some images using visual lightbox. What can I do ? My lightbox mp4 system is: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Hello, we have purchased a unlimted license but now I have a lightbox video html5 new pc I want to move to. (Full version of both)If you use both programs on one side, then Visual Works, LightBox no longer true (thumbnails there are, but when you click one goes NEW page on with an html5 video center image), that is no more zooming. Or...? Hope you understand my try to explain....

Can you please confirm that it will allow me to get all the vimeo video new templates that have come out since I last updated? The video gallery jquery launch is via a flash rendering of the video and ipad doesn't support flash. Please, advise.
