I have bought VideoLightBox, I installed, but when I double click VideoLightBox shortcut on desktop, Nothing happens.
VideoLightBox does not work. What can I do?
My system is: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
A: Try to do the following:
Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.
Turn off DEP or add VideoLightBox in the exception list.
Dear Support, I have successfully been able to create a really nice looking slide show for my website, but I'm having difficulty inserting the lightbox code into my jquery youtube lightbox website. But the payment pages say that this is a subscription based product that needs to be renewed. Is there another way I can manually copy and paste the HTML code into my website?

I have just bought the commercial version of VideoLightBox for Windows 2.1. I have a question: what should I do to add my lightbox video jquery own watermark? The page is very simple as it would not publish so I do not want to waste time changing the html without it publishing. Any ideas? My lightbox jquery video browser is Internet Explorer 9.
Dear Support I've now inserted the coding onto a html5 video gallery blank page.... It still doesn't work correctly... why?? How come the lightbox vimeo thumbnails produced are not from the beginning of the video? How can I get the videos to do the same?
