Q: We are having an issue of when the video is played, the background of the viewing monitor is not darkening. This CSS feature does not seem to be working. When we test it, using Dreamweaver's preview function it works fine. Once its LIVE on our server, this feature does not work in any browser.
A: Actually, "Overlay shadow" isn't CSS feature. It should be set in "videolightbox.js" file. I checked this file on your server. "Overlay shadow" option is disabled. It seems that you set color "#151410", but forgot to turn on the option.
You should re-generate your gallery with correct settings and upload new "videolightbox.js" file on your server.
I am testing with a html5 video player free version of videolightbox on my website, but cannot get Youtube videos to play through videolightbox on iPhone/iPad. Like it very much. A lightbox video popup video tutorial would be great for how to do this.
Rather than have a lightbox jquery video thumbnail that needs to be clicked, is there support for the html popup video following: As soon as the page loads the video overlay also loads and starts to play immediately. I saw an "overlay shadow" option, but I guess that's for something else? What is difference between Single Website license and Unlimited Websites license?
I just bought/downloaded latest version of VideoLightBox yesterday. I currently am working on a lightbox youtube jquery temporary site and after everything is fairly completed content will be imported to actual site. I tried and it works and then sometimes it doesn't load the video having a video embed code white screen appear. Thanks.
Dear Support, I would like to use both (Visual LightBox and Video LightBox)on the same page. However, once a is removed and reinserted, the Lightbox does not work (it simply acts as a normal link to the video) though the HTML of the overlay video itself appears identical before and after the vimeo lightbox filtering. I just found out that the videos will not play from my site when accessed by Apple products. Please can you help me ?!
Is there a way to center all of these videos on the page? All other browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer) display pop up window correctly. I am using Windows 7, Firefox v14.0.1, VideoLightBox v2.1. I’ve used your html video popup software many times and not had this problem. I would appreciate a lightbox mp4 solution as quickly as possible.
I purchased the youtube popup jquery single website license. After looking at your video popup html free software further realized that it doesn't perform the way it needs to perform. Did I do something wrong?
